I am a Common Language subscriber. How do I correctly identify the iconectiv intellectual property if I use Common Language codes in non-tariff documents?

iconectiv, Telcordia, Common Language and LocateIt are registered trademarks and CLCI, CLEI, CLFI, CLLI, FID, NC, NCI, NC/NCI and USOC are trademarks and the Intellectual Property of iconectiv, LLC (“iconectiv”). The Common Language codes identified herein are the proprietary information of iconectiv and are licensed to [Company Name]. The Common Language codes are provided herein solely for the purpose of this [Document name] and may not be reproduced, stored, or used for any other purpose without the express, written consent of iconectiv.
