Customer Service Bulletin NEP-05-25-2010-1: This CSB is to notify our clients about maintenance corrections being made to Common Language CLEI™ InQuiry on Monday June 7, 2010.

  • The password reset option for CLEI InQuiry available on the CLEI Inquiry Login Screen has been restored and will be available.
  • The PCN Change Reason display on CLEI InQuiry CLEI Decoder Screen has been reinstated.

Customer Service Bulletin NEP-02-02-2010-1: This CSB provides notification of format changes being made to the NEP Common Language pages to align with the new look of the Telcordia corporate web pages. These format changes do not change any of the information or functionality of the NEP web pages.

Customer Service Bulletin NEP-05-04-2009-1: This CSB summarizes changes to the Common Language CLEI InQuiry System which will be available in Release 7.2 effective May 11, 2009.

Customer Service Bulletin NEP-02-20-2009-1: The Cumulative NEP Attribute Report will be available on February 28, 2009. This cumulative report is structured in the same format as the monthly attribute report with the followin additions:

  1. Add CLEI Code creation date (last column of the report).
  2. The report will include all CLEI records for your company created between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008.
Missing atrributes will be highlighted in the same manner as the monthly report.
