CLEI Code Request Process Training
Abstract: This training includes the basics of the CLEI Code and details for a Network Element Provider (NEP) to request a CLEI Code from Telcordia. The course first reviews the CLEI Code format and structure, then explains the documentation available to define the CLEI Code request process. Listed in the training materials are the product attributes the NEP needs to provide so that Telcordia can define the CLEI Code for both new item releases and items being changed on a Product Change Notice (PCN). Upon completion of this course, the NEP will have the information needed to request CLEI Codes from Telcordia.

Metro Ethernet Solution Overview
Abstract: Common Language Information Services bridge the gap between Metro Ethernet Forum standards, ATIS/OBF interconnection procedures, and Service Provider offerings definitions. This module is most beneficial to parties who have a primary focus on any one of these topics and need to better understand how Metro Ethernet services are ordered and named within Common Language-licensed Service Providers.
