COMMON LANGUAGE® Information Services:
Training

Our training courses help Standard licensees understand and make more effective use of COMMON LANGUAGE Information Services in their business operations.

The COMMON LANGUAGE Information Services Seminar is a high-level survey of our product suite. It is designed for all levels of employees interested in gaining a better understanding of the uses and benefits of our code sets.

COMMON LANGUAGE Information Services Code Set training is offered to all Standard licensees at no extra charge. Code Set Training goes beyond a "high-level" survey and focuses on the use and benefits for each of our code sets. Our CLLI Codes training also provides training in the use of the CLONES system. CLONES is a global repository of CLLI™ Codes and is a real-time database that helps you interface with suppliers and other providers. Click on the individual code set product below for more detailed information on it's role in defining your network.

COMMON LANGUAGE Service Information is a unique naming system designed to clearly identify all the telecommunications services your company provides, as well as associated customer and network data. Classes are scheduled on request and enrollment is open to all Service Information Standard licensees.

All sessions are held in Piscataway, New Jersey at no extra charge, but our instructors can also travel to your site for an additional fee.
